Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, limited technical data needed to run the site, and aggregate usage data when analytics is enabled.
Information you provide
On the estimate request page, you may send your name, email, phone number, project location, and a description of the work. Submitting this form creates or updates a contact in HubSpot, our customer relationship system. It does not create a binding quote, price, or schedule. You may also call or email us. If we text with you, we keep the mobile number, the message contents, and a record of your consent, including how and when you agreed.
Estimate-page preference
If you choose a description of who you are on the estimate page (public sector, general contractor, commercial, or residential), this site can store that choice in your browser for the session and show it in the page address. That choice is not written into HubSpot from this website.
Technical logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. The host may process ordinary server logs for requests to the site, such as IP address, date and time, the page requested, and browser type. We use those logs to deliver and protect the site.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
When Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled for this site, pages load a first-party Cloudflare beacon. It reports aggregate page views, visits, and Core Web Vitals. It is not an advertising tag, and it does not record custom conversion events or identify you for marketing. If the analytics token is not configured, the beacon is not added.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Review project inquiries and prepare for estimates, scheduling, and field work.
- Respond by phone, email, or conversational text.
- Operate, secure, and maintain the website.
- Understand aggregate traffic when Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled.
- Keep ordinary business records and meet legal obligations.
Security and retention
We limit access to personal information to people who need it for their work, and we rely on the access controls and hosting protections used to run this site. We keep information for as long as we need it to answer you, perform the work, keep ordinary business records, and meet legal obligations.
This page does not state a fixed retention period or a security certification.
Third-party services and links
The estimate form is embedded from HubSpot and is shown on our estimate request page. HubSpot and Cloudflare process data for the roles described above and publish their own privacy notices. A link to another site leaves this policy. This website does not use advertising pixels. The HubSpot snippet on the estimate page is a form embed, not a site-wide analytics script.
Children’s privacy
This website and our text messages are for businesses, property owners, public agencies, and adults arranging construction work. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
SMS/Text Messaging Privacy
Rainier Dynamics LLC sends conversational, one-to-one text messages from a Microsoft Teams business number. The program is person-to-person and inbound-first. You may text us, and our people reply about an ordinary business relationship. Messages may cover project inquiries, estimates, scheduling, jobsite coordination, site access, status, deliveries, documentation, invoicing, customer service, and coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
We use the mobile number, message content, and consent record to carry on that conversation, to confirm project details, and to honor opt-out requests. Delivery providers receive only what they need to transmit the messages. We do not sell that information, and we do not use this program for bulk marketing, affiliate marketing, automated alerts, or API-driven messaging.
Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Submitting the estimate form does not enroll you in text messaging.

These SMS/Text Messaging Terms govern text messages between you and Rainier Dynamics LLC. By texting with us, you agree to these terms and to the privacy statement on this page. This is a low-volume conversational service on Microsoft Teams (UCaaS Low Volume).

Consent
You agree to receive texts when any of the following is true:

Opt-out and resuming messages
Reply STOP to stop texts from that conversation and number. Microsoft Teams also treats QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE as opt-out requests. Opt-out applies to the conversation with that business number. You may receive one text confirming the request.
Reply START to resume messages with that number where Microsoft Teams and your carrier support it.
Program limits
We use this program for conversational person-to-person messages. We do not use it for bulk marketing, affiliate marketing, automated alerts, or API-driven messaging.

Your choices

- Use your browser or network controls to block the Cloudflare beacon. The site remains available without it.
